DevilCraft Brewing Co.
We founded DevilCraft in Kanda in 2011 to spread the gospel of great craft beer. Over DC’s first 4 years, we served premium-quality guest craft beer along with our famous Chicago-style pizza in the first 2 locations. In the fall of 2015, we received our eagerly-awaited brewing license and began the next chapter in the DC story, brewing our original DevilCraft beer! These days, as we open our 4th DC pub location, we still brew our DC craft beer in small batches several days per week at our Tokyo brewery . We are continuously striving to hone our brewing skills and we spare no expense or effort to express the full flavor and potential of our creations. We favor traditional methods and ingredients, and our beer is unfiltered and unpasteurized to maintain maximum flavor. And we also make forays into newer, more adventurous styles using seasonal fruits and other tasty, unusual ingredients to add unique character to a number of our brews.
