We will closed at June 8th.
DevilCraft is proud to host the Japan release of Diamond Knot!
From the small coastal town of Mukilteo Washington, north of Seattle, the story of Diamond Knot began in 1994. Now almost 20 years later, Diamond Knot is still a leader and innovator – setting the standard which many other area breweries strive to attain. Their Northwest style IPA and Industrial IPA are among regional favorites, and and are widely recognized as being classics of the style.
DevilCraft will feature 7 styles of beer from Diamond Knot over our three day event, including several rare brewpub only beers.
India Pale Ale
Our flagship beer, the one for which we are known throughout Puget Sound. Columbus hops impart intense bitterness with flavors of grapefruit & a hint of cedar. 6.2% ABV; 40 IBUs
This one is a butt-kicker! Essentially, the same recipe as the IPA, but with approximately 25% more grain & twice the hops! 7.9% ABV; 80 IBUs
An American-style Brown ale, a slightly sweet & malty nose gives way to a big, smooth mouth feel. 6.0% ABV; 27 IBUs
Slane’s Irish Red
Diamond Knot’s spring seasonal. Slane’s Irish-Style Red Ale is deep red in color with a sweet, caramelly aroma, complex malt flavors and a very subtle smokiness at the end with a crisp, hoppy finish. 6.6% ABV: 30 IBUs
Flaked barley & Munich malt for a huge mouth feel. Black barley & chocolate malt give it a reddish black color, Galena & Willamette hops perfectly balance the bitterness. 5.6% ABV; 45 IBUs
Diamond Knot’s summer seasonal. Based on a pre-Prohibition era lager recipe, this one is surprisingly complex despite being one of our lightest beers. Wheat, corn, flaked barley & malted barley all lend their respective goodness. 4.2% ABV; 13 IBUs
A classic American style Ale, light yet full bodied thanks to Munich malt & flaked barley. Cascade hops lend a citrus finish. 5.2% ABV; 10 IBUs
Discount stamp cards may be purchased for both pints and half pints, and your completed stamp card will be entered into a prize drawing for Diamond Knot and DevilCraft goods!
Beers may also be ordered ala carte as usual.
